The App, including all source code, designs, graphics, video, audio, written content, the "BJJ War Room" name and branding, the smart coaching logic, the Competition Room scenarios, and all related materials are the exclusive property of WarriorCodeLLC and are protected by United States and international copyright laws. © 2026 WarriorCodeLLC. All rights reserved. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the App without prior written consent.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your own training and informational purposes, conditioned on your compliance with these Terms. Sharing, reselling, or scraping account access or content is prohibited.
Certain features require a paid subscription ("Pro" tier). Subscription pricing, billing cycles, and renewal terms are presented at checkout through Base44 Payments. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Any rolls, notes, profile data, or other content you submit remain yours. By submitting, you grant WarriorCodeLLC a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and process that content solely to operate the App for you. You represent that you have the rights to any content you submit.
BJJ War Room provides informational and coaching content for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training. It is not a substitute for in-person instruction from a qualified instructor. Martial arts and combat sports carry inherent risk of injury. You assume all risk for any training you undertake based on the App's content.
You agree not to misuse the App, including: attempting to access another user's data, interfering with the App's operation, using automated tools to extract data, or uploading malware or harmful content.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you cease immediately.
The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WarriorCodeLLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date below reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Permanently delete your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.
